TASTE:The taste is elegant and complex, rich in vegetal tones, with artichoke in evidence, accompanied by notes of rosemary, almond and black pepper. Great harmony between a strong bitterness and a marked and very persistent spiciness

RECOMMENDED COMBINATIONSPerfect for raw vegetable appetizers and bean salads. It is best served with yellow pumpkin soups with seared calamari. It is also an ideal accompaniment for lake fish and fresh mushroom side dishes. It pairs well with medium-aged cheeses. Excellent when used in the preparation of fruit tarts, apple strudel and chocolate biscuits.
