Presentation: A dark beer with a good head, “Secondo me” was born from the whims of the master brewer and the desire to create a beer with a strong flavor, but with a moderate bitterness. The expert combination of roasted malts releases the typical hints of chocolate, coffee and licorice that are the peculiarity of this dark beer.

The company: the project on which Caber Beer is based is to make beer for passion. In keeping with the artisan spirit, all beers are produced from natural ingredients, without the addition of preservatives or colorants. Particular attention is paid to the choice of raw materials: water from the “Argentina” spring, malts, hops and yeasts of the best quality. Respecting the ancient brewing tradition, the beer is neither filtered nor pasteurized and after an initial fermentation in vats, it is bottled and left to referment. The beers are largely inspired by English and, above all, Belgian brewing cultures but at the same time follow their own original path. The result is therefore a raw, whole beer with a high content of enthusiasm and creativity.
