The company : Leonardo Bussoletti is a company located in Narni in the province of Terni, in an area particularly suited to viticulture. The vineyard consists of 7 hectares of organic vineyards, mainly composed of cherry and then Grechetto and Trebbiano. The story of Leonardo Bussoletti is that of a man capable of transforming his dream into reality: after spending the first years of his life as a wine seller he decided to become a producer. In Italy and around the world there are many examples of this path but in Leonardo's case his was a choice linked to Ciliegiolo and its territory. The company that follows the principles of organic prefers spontaneous fermentations and without selected yeasts but with the pied de cuve system or with the use of its own grapes.
