Presentation: Garnet red in color, elegant, fine, full-bodied, it expresses its best approximately ten years after bottling. It pairs well with cured meats and mature cheeses, roast game and grilled meats. The Company : was born in the 70s of the last century, from the intuition of Domenico Adanti, who decided to buy the villa in Arquata with the aim of creating a modern winery, aiming at producing high quality wine. Thus began, in 1972, the renovation of the old convent of the Celestine friars, built on Roman ruins first and then on late-Renaissance ruins, carried out at the same time as the replanting of the old vineyards and the planting of new ones. The property in fact consisted of about 20 hectares of land, many of which were already cultivated with vineyards but abandoned by the previous owners.
