The Fanini company is located near Lake Trasimeno on the far western side of Umbria, where the geographical-landscape borders do not reflect the political-administrative ones at all. Umbria and Tuscany speak the same language: rolling hills cultivated mostly with vines and olive trees between Lake Trasimeno and the Crete Senesi. The company led by Francesca Fanini and her husband Marco Fornaciari da Passano includes, in addition to a hotel and olive groves, also eight hectares of vineyards, an important portion is Sangiovese, with which two bianchì, a rosé and three reds are produced.
