In keeping with the artisan spirit, all beers are produced from natural ingredients, without the addition of preservatives or colorants. Particular attention is paid to the choice of raw materials: water from the “Argentina” spring, malts, hops and yeasts of the best quality. Respecting the ancient brewing tradition, the beer is neither filtered nor pasteurized and after an initial fermentation in vats, it is bottled and left to referment. The beers are largely inspired by English and, above all, Belgian brewing cultures but at the same time follow their own original path. The result is therefore a raw, whole beer with a high content of enthusiasm and creativity.
